Responsible for full scale event management, client communications, and internal coordination for small to medium events (10 to 100 persons) and supporting large events (2500+ persons). Events include trainings, expos, product launches, roadshows, incentives, national meetings, and town halls. Excellent client management skills and effective communication to execute projects across all event components including facilities, financial, and technology management are crucial to the success of this role. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
