Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, the Manager of the Office of the CEO, provides executive support in a close working relationship with a team of two other Executive Assistants.
Manager of the Office of the CEO serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the CEO. Manager of the Office of the CEO must be creative and enjoy working within a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will be an exceptional team player and will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills; and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple competing priorities. Manager of the Office of the CEO will need to have the ability to work independently and/or in collaboration with the other Executive Assistants and CEO direct reports on projects, from concept to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at time to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with utmost discretion.
