Position Summary:

The Project Manager within the Enterprise Development Organization will play an integral role in a member &/or leader of the Project Team on priority business initiatives, to ensure deliverables & tasks are completed in a timely manner & defined Project standards are met. 

As assigned, this position will also work closely with Program Manager(s) &/or Project Sponsor(s) to: 

  • Assemble & manage Project Teams to execute key business initiatives
  • Ensure quality control, standardized deliverables, proper communication and delegation of tasks throughout the Project life cycle
  • Plan, evaluate & execute Projects according to predetermined objectives, scope, timelines & requirements
  • Recognize Project hurdles / risk, as relevant, & escalate to Enterprise Development Leadership

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Program Manager & Business Owner to design solutions & develop plans to execute key initiatives, as assigned
  • Build & manage Project Teams, Project meeting facilitation & coordinate Project execution
  • Documented Project Plan & tactical execution / task management in partnership with Project Team & key Stakeholders
  • Communicate Project progress & performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish appropriate measures of success for Project & it’s completion / ongoing management
  • Facilitate effective hand-off to Bus Owners at Project completion
  • Escalate & facilitate resolution of issues affecting Project progression
  • Relevant Project Documentation
  • Support Enterprise Development & the Business in “Gate Keeper” capacity on Functional P&Ps, Training Programs, Job Descriptions, etc. to ensure Enterprise, Inter-Departmental & Cross-Functional alignment & updated to current

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Project Mgmt experience
  • Organization & Time Mgmt
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to multi-task & manage multiple work streams
  • Verbal & Written Communication Skills
  • Interact & Influence Project Stakeholders – Internal & External Partners
  • Strong Critical Thinking
  • SME in Mortgage
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel & Visio
  • Process Design experience preferred
  • Meeting Facilitation experience preferred
