The Account Manager position acts as a support position for our Senior Account Managers. Primary duties will include ordering vendor services (including but not limited to; appraisal, title, escrow, etc) and following up on the orders to ensure they are received in a timely manner, working in our paperless system to upload necessary documents, and providing day to day support as needed by ordering 3rd party verification, insurance changes, verification of employment and loan document preparation and/or validation. Interact with external parties (credit, employers, insurance companies) for loan fulfillment
Assists Senior Account Managers as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner by way of verbal or written requests to external parties
- Good organizational skills to manage a pipeline of various requests while meeting task specific time requirement
