  • Manages application incident support queues for problem resolution; ensuring adherence to SLAs
  • Performs analysis and troubleshooting for reported incidents prior to escalation to development or other IT resources
  • Communicates with stakeholders and users the status of current issues, resolutions and any trending identified
  • Provides full operations support; identifies recurring issues and provides solution options to Level I/II support
  • Manages Empower branch/user account activation, setup and deactivation for loanDepot retail, LDWholesale, imortgage retail,  Polygon, MTH and MSC
  • Provides support to the information technology team for the work related to application maintenance/enhancement releases
  • Reviews and updates application support documentation, frequent support issues and resolutions
  • Serves as a resource to others in the IT department
  • Works with third-party vendors in order to create/modify/de-activate user accounts
  • Performs full regression testing functionality of supported applications
  • Maintain company equipment that has been personally assigned to the technician


  • 1- 3 years of experience in writing SQL
  • 2 - 5 years mortgage industry experience
  • 1 -3 years of experience within applications: Empower, ServiceNow, SQL Management Studo, LDAP Browser, Active Directory, Adobe Acrobat, TFS, Visual Studios, SharePoint,  interaction intelligence, Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • A+, Network+, MCTS (Windows Client), and or MCP certification preferred
  • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
