Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting the Service Release team by offering administrative support for a variety of tasks including creating and mailing letters and notices, pulling reports, and basic data entry. Assists the team with keeping up with high volume by performing manual work and accounting for all steps. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.


  • Assists with Mortgage Change Notices to insurance providers by creating letters via Word Mail Merge, folding letters, and stuffing envelopes.
  • Supports the goodbye letter process by uploading copies to applicable Freddie Cash servicers’ site and sending out correction letters as needed.
  • Assists with producing, folding, and mailing Section 404 notices as needed for JPMA loans.
  • Researches any returned mail and resolves by mailing notices back out when necessary.
  • Pulls MSP reports from Datawatch that need to be sent to new servicers for upcoming transfers or loans that have just transferred.
  • Reviews effective date transfer dates and confirms they are correct.
  • Balances Ventanex receipt to OAXN report, ensuring all loans are tagged and letters have been sent.
  • Uploads pay histories to various portals.
  • Transfers flood certificates via vendor website(s).
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.


  • Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.
  • Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of zero (0) + years’ experience working in a similar field.
  • Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
