This position will be responsible for full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and helping to onboard candidates as well as providing additional support to the Recruiting department Responsibilities

                     ***Role is Contract to Hire*** 

  • Lead recruiting efforts by locating and identifying Engineering technical talent, performing pre-screen interviews, coordinating internal interviews and follow-ups with candidates
  • Create recruiting avenues depending on position or location needs and best resources for talent pool. 
  • Source and identify top Engineering talent. 
  • Work with Recruiting Manager and hiring managers to determine core responsibilities of new positions as well as evaluate existing positions for any changes; develop job descriptions and strategy based on criteria and needs
  • Discuss candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers
  • Confirm offer details, prepare offer letters and confirm background check and reference results
  • Maintain the company’s web-based resume system; post positions via our internal job board as well as external sources
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including the training schedule, participating in training events, and new hire paperwork
  • Work with Human Resource Manager and assist with other HR responsibilities as needed
  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employment and hiring


  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience; including networking/sourcing ideas
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Understanding of technical terminology and requirements preferred
  • Positive attitude and solution oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strength in targeting, attracting, engaging and closing passive and non-passive candidates
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours interviews
