Position Summary:

The Talent Coordinator plays a key administrative role in the interviewing & hiring process of new talent joining loanDepot including but not limited to: requisition postings, communication of interview details & all onboarding tasks for our new hires. They are a true partner to the Recruiters & to the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Supports onboarding anywhere from 30-120+ new hires a month
  • Posts and distributes job requisitions via our ATS, Jobvite
  • Sends candidate assessments that are coming in to interview with Hiring Managers or Recruiters
  • Administers & monitors background screenings via Occuscreen
  • Manages all onboarding tasks via Workday & ensures completion prior to new hires first day
  • Obtains I9 documentation accurately 
  • Interacts with multiple internal departments including Receptionist, Recruiting, & HR partners
  • Provides ongoing administrative support to other Recruiting Coordinators as needed, as well as Recruiting Managers
  • Assures consistent application of HR policies, practices, procedures, and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
  • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • 3 years of Recruiting Coordinator experience
  • High volume experience handling the Onboarding of 50+ hires per month
  • Experience with Jobvite, Outlook & Workday preferred, but not required
  • High attention to detail a MUST
  • Experience in a very fast paced, high volume work environment
  • Must work efficiently, meet assigned timelines, be detail driven and organized
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all levels of employees in a team-oriented environment
  • Effective communication and team participation skills
