Position Summary:

The Scheduling Specialist facilitates the Notary scheduling and signing of loan documents submitted by the Processing Department. The Scheduling Specialist is point person for interacting with the Processor and
designated signing vendor regarding updates, rescheduling of appointments, corrections, and/or cancellations. The Scheduling Specialist reviews and balances the monthly signing services invoices and submits to the Accounting Department for payment. 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates Notary signing appointments, cancellations, corrections etc for all LD Escrow loans
  
• Reviews and balances monthly signing service invoices
• Supports closing
• Performs other duties as may be assigned

Requirements: 

• 1 year minimum office experience
  
• CA Department of Corporation approval required
• High School Graduate Required
• Bachelor Degree Preferred
