Corporate
Focused on our mission to help our customers achieve their financial and homeownership goals, our various corporate teams—including Technology, Human Resources, Marketing, Compliance and others—drive next-level innovation and create unique opportunities to benefit our customers, originators, and the loan professionals who serve them.
Direct
Our direct lending model has been the core of our company since the beginning. Our Licensing Lending Officers connect with customers across the US through sophisticated online lead delivery to provide an efficient, high-touch, customer-first approach to modern lending. Supported by our Customer Lending Representatives and a dedicated in-house Operations team, our Direct channel is an industry powerhouse.
National Operations
As a subset of our larger, channel-specific Operations departments, National Ops is comprised of specialized loan professionals that support post-operations, enterprise valuations, and HELOC operations at the enterprise level.
Joint Venture
Through our Joint Venture channel, loanDepot partners with quality home builders, regional banks, and real estate companies across the US to create branded mortgage companies that assist our partners in selling more homes and ensure a seamless lending experience for our mutual customers.
Mellohome Services
Together with loanDepot, mellohome connects pre-approved homebuyers and homeowners with a network of local, verified real estate agents and home improvement pros. Through our proprietary technology and the power of partnership, mellohome is redefining the home-buying and home improvement experience.
Retail
As one of the industry’s largest in-market retail lenders, our retail footprint stretches across more than 200 branches nationwide. Our digital-first approach, an extensive suite of product offerings, and dedicated regional operations teams allow our Retail channel to stay at the forefront of what they’re known for—helping as many potential homeowners accomplish their dreams of homeownership as possible.
Settlement
Through loanDepot LLC, Closing USA and American Coast Title, our team of title, closing and settlement specialists ensures that the final steps of the lending process are seamlessly managed with attention to detail, quality and speed.
Digital Products and Services
Driving success in a constantly evolving market, our Digital Products and Services team is made up of innovators, builders, and out-of-the-box creators. Our Digital team rejects the status quo and keeps us at the forefront of the industry by delivering new ideas and products to better serve our customers.
